Can you use Warp Point, if you don't have a Benched Pokemon to switch with, but your opponent does?

Yes, since it does not say anything like: "You cannot play this card if you have no Pokemon on your bench." you can play it to just make your opponent switch. Unless a card speicificly tells you that you cannot use it under certian conditions, you usually can.

Glad a question of Warp Point came up.

This is a question I got wrong on my Prof. test, and I was confused.

I forgot what the choices were, but the question was:

"When can you NOT play Warp Point?"

So that's my question. When can you NOT play Warp Point? I already know if you're going first, you can't play it seeing as you can't play trainers, but that wasn't one of the choices.

I don't think we're allowed to discuss questions straight from the Professor's Test...

Taylor, then lets assume he never mentioned this was from the Professor Test. ;D Plus, it's not like everyone gets the same Professor Test questions for each test. :p

Looked through the Compendium, the only thing I could find was this:
The Compendium said:
Q. Can you use Warp Point if you and your opponent both have only one Pokémon in play each?
A. You may use Warp Point if either player would be affected by it, but if NEITHER player is affected you cannot use it. (Jan 4, 2007 PUI Rules Team)
Other than that, I would say any other time when you cannot play Trainers, such as when Kabutops MD is active on your opponents side, or if your opponent flipped heads on Vileplume LA's attack.

I can always delete that part of my post :p

Anyways. Yea that's why I was confused. NEITHER of the choices sounded right, because they all had to do with either playing having benched pokemon, and the other player not having benched Pokemon. Besides the last answer which was "On the first turn of the game, and you lost the coin toss." Which is the answer I chose, but got it wrong. Boo.
