Help Volturn/Knock Off Core

Hey Guys!!! Like I said in my last post I'm very new to the VG and was wondering if anybody knew any good Volturn/Knock Off teams. I was reading about it and I know that Volturn adds momentum to your team (I don't really know what that means though) and Knock Off can be annoying if not crippling to some teams. All I know about it is I want to have Bisharp as one of my Knock Off users. I want it fend well in OU but also be legal for competitive use.
