As you know, Volcarona V needs one energy to devastate the foe, esp. after a lot of energy is discarded, but yet, I found it to be is one of those decks that, esp. in Expanded, if one foe doesn't succeed to ko the active Volcaronas three straight turns from the start, the foe can be picked off to defeat by insane energy discards immediately followed by two to three successful volcarona v attack opportunities. Leads me to my question: Do you think the upcoming lost origin set will finally give volcarona competition(by proving the best deck has to require one energy attach, and only one energy attach, to exert all its power the fastest, meaning decks that need two attachments will fail to match the one-energy-required decks)? What do you think about one-attach decks? Discuss.
