I take it you’re waiting to see which full art supporters come out of SVT, and then narrow them down. Other than that, list seems pretty good to me!

The Rhyperior, I think you've got one too many regular-art Pokémon V. The press release says there are just 11. If I had to guess, two Pokémon V are getting their regular arts cut for promo product, including a not-yet-seen Pokémon V from S4a Shiny Star V.

    https://press.pokemon.com/Latest-Pokemon-Trading-Card-Game-Sword-ShieldVivid-Voltage-Expansion-I

These are the Pokémon V on your list at the moment:
    1. Orbeetle V
    2. Zarude V
    3. Talonflame V
    4. Galarian Darmanitan V
    5. Pikachu V
    6. Ampharos V
    7. Alakazam V
    8. Coalossal V
    9. Drapion V
    10. Steelix V
    11. Aegislash V
    12. Togekiss V
Plus, of course, the Gym Promo Greedent V was excluded.

I think only one Pokémon V will get the cut, probably to be put into a promo tin/box. It can’t be any Pokémon that evolve into Vmaxes, or Zarude, so that leaves Steelix, Ampharos, Alakazam, Drapion and Talonflame. I hope it’s Drapion or Steelix because I don’t want them in my packs.

On my own list on my site, I have cut Steelix, too. It seems the most likely candidate. I think it's two because right now we would only theoretically have 12 full art Pokémon V and there are supposed to be 13.

I left out Alakazam V for a box, but I definitely see Steelix V or perhaps Talonflame V as cut-offs as well! I also personally think Gym Trainer would fit better in the set, along with the leaders and the League Staff, but Cara Liss was released before it, so she's definitely also an option!

@steffenka I think Gym Trainer will be the 16th one since putting Cara Liss on a set with no Fossils makes no sense.

It may not make a lot of sense at first glance, but my reasoning for pushing Gym Trainer out of the set was that it would be easier for them to push as a promo card that would be part of the "Pokémon journey" merchandise thing they've got going on for Champion's Path.
