Cave Story: Moonsong
Guess I just love 8-bit music and mellow things. Cavestory's entire soundtrack is phenomenal, so take a look at the whole thing if you have time. Steer clear of Cavestory: Wii music though, it's broken.
Super Mario Galaxy: Gusty Garden
Kind of obligatory actually, this is one of the best Mario tracks of all time. I think it's rare that classical is actually well done in video games, making it all the more special.
Touhou: Necrofantasia
Somebody was inevitably going to mention Touhou so hah, I got there first.
