Ruling Uxie Question

You may put Uxie and all cards attached on the bottom of your deck in any order.

After doing this, do you have to move up a new active/defending pokemon? Or does your opponent do their turn without you having one?

If at any time your Active leaves the Active spot, you must replace it _immediately_ before _anything else happens._

Finish the attack; you would put Uxie at the bottom of your deck, promote a new Active Pokemon, and then your turn would end.
