Using Shooting Star Dragon

Okay, Recently I've been testing few decks that can effectively summon formula synchron and stardust fast enough for a shooting star. I've been using a combination of flamvells with stardust. This idea is based on their defense. Since most of their defense is 200 or beneath, I use rekindling to revive them and then do utter synchros. This method however can help my stardust into a trap card which then I would need to use it's effect causing me to stall a turn. I had a kinda new method of glow up bulb, change of heart, etc. However these tactics do not work because glow up can only be used once and Dandylion Tokens doesn't help my stardust any better. I kinda use Debris Dragon + QuillBolt Hedgehog + 1 Turbo Booster + 1 Unicycular so then I can always use synchro strike so it can gain 2000 more ATK. This helps me so then I summon Shooting Star perhaps next few turns due to lack of consistency. For it to be competitive, I need more cards to help my deck with quick drawing and especially I tried tuningware with quickdraws into the deck but usually the synchros they make usually die. I sometimes use a combo of Junk Warrior + Junk Synchron so that way I can make stardust. I was thinking why not use level eater to decrease stardust dragon's level? but that won't work since formula synchron is the only tuner synchro in this format. I'm working on a deck composed of low level monsters with effects when they are destroyed, I can special summon something with certain Attack points from deck to field. I also tried using ultimate offering and double summon. I am definitely stuck here and need some help. Please help me by naming card combination that I can use. Trying to be clairvoyant is sometimes hard when it comes down to face down traps and spell cards.

Please name combination of cards that i can use to perform this.

Thanks

Well, to be honest, using the Flamvells is the easiest way to get out Shooting Star, IMO. Also the easiest way to get out Red Nova Dragon if you like running that.
Simply use Rekindling to bring back Firedog/Grunika/Sabre, Magician, Baby, and Poun. Synch the first two into Stardust, the second two into Formula, draw the card, then synch the two into Shooting Star. If they force Stardust to activate its effect during the process, all you need to do is use another Rekindling, or use Call of the Haunted or Monster Reborn (Or even a Junk Synchron) to bring back Formula if it happens to be destroyed. I personally run Flamvell Nova, so I know how to tweak it a bit to be focused around Shooting Star Dragon.
