Yes, we all know that they say "Hidden Power".

But, what you may not have known, is that none of the attacks that they have are anything new.  In fact, you may have noticed this on some of the Unowns, but just couldn't think of them all...

Well, here I have a list that shows that yes-each of their attacks come from different cards!

A-Assist (Lapras from Skyridge)
B-Breakdown (Mr. Mime ex)
C-Chime (Chimecho from HL)
D-Devolution Beam (American Promo #8 Mew)
E-Erie Howl (Dark Houndoom from Neo Destiny)
F-Flashing Eye (Shining Noctowl from Neo Destiny)
G-Gift of Spite (Misdreavous from Skyridge)
H-Hoard (Farfecth'd from FR/LG)
I-Intense Glare (Ninetales ex)
J-Juxtapose (Rocket's Mewtwo from Gym Challenge)
K-Knock Over (Macargo, Sealeo)
L-Life Drain (Kirlia from R/S)
M-Make a Wish (Jirachi HL)
N-Nap (Krabby from FR/LG)
O-Obscuring Gas (Koga's Koffing #34 from Gym Challenge)
P-Pain Amplifier (TM's Baltoy [Psychic])
Q-Quick Charge (Vibrava from Dragon)
R-Repulsion (Nosepass from R/S)
S-Steel Generator (ATM [Steel] from HL)
T-Thunder Spear (Electabuzz from Sand Storm)
U-Upper Hand (Nuzleaf from HL)
V-Vengence (Marowak from FR/LG)
W-Warp Hole (Xatu from Skyridge)
X-Continuous Headbutt (Lioone from R/S, it fits the attack description)
Y-Yawn (Togepi from TRR)
Z-Zzzap (Pichu from Neo Genesis, Raichu from Skyridge)
!-Venture Bomb (TRR)
?-Blaine's Quiz #2 (Gym Challenge)

Kinda neat, isn't it?

Yup, I noticed it on a few of them however didnt know they copied ALL the Unown's attacks. Dont know if this is a bad thing or not but it sort of brings unlimited closer to modified, lol.

That is sooo cool! Thanks a bundle for writing all that up! Oh, and by the way, it's Ninetales ex, not Ninetails ex. Common mistake.

Whats Liability?
put damage counter on the defending pokemon until it's 10 hp away from being knocked out, then the pokemon that used it will most likely knock out itself

Weezing has that attack

bye

So, diff btween Liability and Life drain the former does def. pokemon's HP-10 damage, and KO's itself, while the latter does HP-10 damage only on the flip of heads.
