Help Unown Lugia card ?

Hello, I recently bought a Lugia card, but I never saw it on the Internet. Is anyone here a pro collector that can tell me if it's a legit or fake card? Thanks

For one thing, the back says “designed by D BOY studios”, and in any case has never been on any actual card. For another thing, the card itself appears to be a very poorly disguised and highly over-saturated Anicent Mew template with some sort of texturing and (possibly custom) stickers featuring Unown characters and modified Ken Sugimori Lugia artwork. Also, if it were a real card, it would have some sort of set symbol and set number to help identify what set it was from, or if it was a PROMO card (in which case it would still have a number to help identify how many PROMO cards had been released before it). This card doesn’t even have HP, attack damage, or attack costs; even unplayable official cards have these.
