OK, I think that the rules for the deck titles are so useless. Why would you need the full Pokemon name? I understand if you're saying Shadow Lock then that's a problem, but if they say Vilegar, ANYONE will know what you mean. If not, they shouldn't be fixing your deck and they should get more experience (no offense).
And what's with the tournament, division thing? Why is this needed it all? You shouldn't make the deck worse because it's in juniors, or better if it's in masters, or worse if it's for BRs, or better if it's for nats. And no division has a certain metagame. There is no Junior, Senior, or Master metagame. It's Washington metagame, Florida metagame, California metagame. And the tournament you're playing a deck in has no metagame either. It depends on your area.
Doing all of this makes no sense what so ever. It used to be where you could name your deck Vilegar, but now it's Vileplume/Gengar, Cities, Masters. Can we work out a little fix to this rule?
