Garchomp Lv. X
Garchomp Lv. X's Restore attack could get Gyrados on the bench with FOUR Magikarp in the discard to do an extra 30 to make Gyrados's attack more viable in today's game at the cost of speed. I'd reccomend taking out a few Azelf and Plus Power to add in the Garchomp line and adding in a Premier Ball.
Use Battle Compressor to get 3 Magikarp in the discard. Then Gyrados w/ Team Plasma Badge, 3 Deoxys, Plus Power, and Hypnotoxic Laser (+ Virbank) you're doing 160 damage, and with a second plus power its a OHKO on most popular EXs for NO ENERGY. This deck can be setup on the second turn if you get a half-decent hand. Not super competitive anymore, but it's still super fun!
