Help Unknown cards can anyone identify them?

Hey I've been looking around for some time with these Pokemon cards. The most I've gathered from various people are that they're some kind of sticker (perhaps?) and i'm wondering if they might be worth anything? From what I'm aware they're not fake as they have the same stats as the original cards that they're based on and correct artwork, but they're scaled down and in Japanese, but if they are fake then let me know.

If anyone can help me with identifying them or perhaps valuing them I would be greatly appreciative (Sorry for poor quality my phone camera isn't all that great)

Honestly they look too shiny and the borders are so thick on each side that it screams to be a fake. What do you exactly mean with Sticker? Because on the back they look like normal old school Japanese cards but the front is just too weird
