Ruling Umbreon prime?

On its attack it says to do 50 damage plus 10 more from each of your pokemon that evolves from Eevee. Do you include Umbreon Prime in that count? So would it do 60 damage right off the back?

Yes, you would include Umbreon in damage calculation for its "Evoblast" attack. The attack text does not say to exlude Umbreon, so you would include it.
