Here's my go at a "Checkmate deck". Don't worry about how the rotation will affect this, This will be used in casual matches playing in an alternate format (sun and moon base set to now). This is one of my favorite deck concepts and I just want some help optimizing it. the goal is to end up in a board state where the opponent CAN NOT win after using Naganadel's "Stinger GX"

Strategy:

best case scenario and the goal of this deck is to be able to play surge this turn with Rosa and Lusamine, get a Naganadel-GX FLI into play, have 1-2 attackers and use as many beast rings as possible to accelerate energy to them (how you place the energy between the two depends on the current board state), and use Stinger GX.
You and your opponent now both have 3 prize cards remaining and they can't take any prize cards until their next turn (because of Lusamine Prism Star). Then they end their turn, the deck plays 4 gusting cards so if they have a 3 prize pokemon you gust that into the active. your opponent is still at 3 prize cards so you can still play your remaining beast rings. retreat into your attacker and take a hit at their pokemon. If you KO their 3 prize card pokemon, you win, it can't, play island challenge amulet on as many 2 prize pokemon as you can (unless they play a spread deck) to guarantee the win next turn or the turn after.

Other considerations:
- 1 copy of Scoop up net to pick up the mew after playing lusamine since lusamine only protects ultra beasts
- cutting mew altogether
- lunala prism star for energy recover/acceleration
- reset stamp
- more support cards for early game
- ditto prism star
- baby Naganadel
- the other ultra necrozma as another alternative one prize attacker. (the one that does 170 and discards an energy but only works if the opponent has 2 prize cards or less remaining)
- adding different ultra beasts
- Adding Dawn Wings Necrozma as a pivot pokemon with air balloon
- Guzma and hala for getting beast energy, ultra space and either the air balloon or island challenge amulet.
