Creating the team:
I decided to be completely original and make a rain team.
Ferrothorn compliments Kyogre nicely and sets up spikes.
Deoxys-S sets up rocks while letting me disrupt my opponents lead.
Palkia, in rain, becomes amazing offensively and gives me a way to take Water Spouts from opposing Kyogre.
I needed a spin-blocker so i chose Giratina.
I needed a way to deal with blissy as such i chose Rayquaza.
Rayquaza wasn't working out so I chose Zekrom.
Zekrom was to slow so i chose Arceus.
Deoxys-S @ Focus Sash

Deoxys is my lead and sets up Stealth Rock. Mirror Coat is there to kill opposing Kyogre leads which think they have an easy kill. Psycho Boost is there as filler. Magic Coat is to stop other Deoxys and Ferrothorn from setting up hazards and from taunting me.
Kyogre @ Choice Scarf

EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Water Spout
- Surf
- Thunder
- Ice Beam
Kyogre is here for the sole reason of setting up rain. its the standard scarf variant but it works. Water Spout is for an extremely powerful attack when its at full health. Surf is useful later when my opponent has damaged Kyogre. Thunder has 100% accuracy in the rain and can hit opposing Kyogre and Lugia hard. ice beam is for coverage and can hit things like Rayquaza for huge amounts of damage since Kyogre out speeds even if its at +1.

Palkia is my main sweeper. with Lustrous Orb in the rain Hydro pump has 324 base power and Spacial Rend has 180. Thunder gives it good coverage and Fire blast kills
