Pokemon: 16
  • 3-3 Tyrantrum (Furious Fists)
  • 3-1-3 Golem (FLF)
  • 3 Landorus (Furious Fists)
Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums: 32
  • 3 Rare Candy
  • 4 Muscle Band
  • 3 Protection Cube
  • 4 Ultra Ball
  • 2 Switch
  • 1 Escape Rope
  • 4 Professor Juniper
  • 4 Korrina
  • 3 Fossil Researcher
  • 2 N
  • 2 Training Center
Energy: 12
  • 8 Fighting Energy
  • 4 Strong Energy

Strategy: Tyrantrum and Golem are set to be the two main attackers. The ideal setup is to get Landorus and a Pokémon on the bench for T1. Ultra Ball is used for discarding a few energy, allowing Landorus to accelerate energy onto the bench with "Power Cry". Fossil Researcher provides a reliable way to get Tyrunt out, and Korrina is able to grab a [F] type, usually a Golem or Geodude, and an item.

Tyrantrum's "Chew Up" does a nice 60, plus 90 more if the defending Pokémon has any special energy attached. Most decks run some type of special energy, so this will be useful most of the time. This can be set up by T2, but more likely T3. Golem's "Explosion" can do 150 for [F][F][C][C], and with Protection Cube it doesn't take the 100 recoil damage. Strong Energy on either of these two can boost their attacks up to 170, which takes out some EXs. With a Muscle Band on Tyrantrum, it can hit for 190 with only 3 energy, which is strong enough to take out Yveltal EX after Resistance is factored in. Lastly, Training Center adds 30HP to Golem and Tyrantrum, bumping them up to 180HP.

Overall, the strategy is to get either Golem or Tyrantrum out as fast as possible, preferably by T2, while using Landorus to accelerate energy. Obviously there are probably a few holes in this deck (such as the inability to deal very well with VirGen), so I'd appreciate any input!

Tyrantrum – Fighting – HP150

[F][C][C] Eat Up: 60+ damage. If the opponent’s Active Pokemon has any Special Energy attached to it, this attack does 90 more damage.

Weakness: Grass (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 3

Landorus – Fighting – HP120

Fossil Researcher – Trainer
Supporter

Search your deck for up to 2 Pokemon named “Amaura” or “Tyrunt” and put them on your bench. Shuffle your deck afterwards.

You may play only 1 Supporter card during your turn (before your attack).

Korrina – Trainer
Supporter

Search your deck for 1 [F] Pokemon and 1 Item card, reveal them, and put them into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterwards.

You may play only 1 Supporter card during your turn (before your attack).

Training Center – Trainer
Stadium

All Stage 1 and Stage 2 Pokemon’s maximum HP is increased by 30.

This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card if another Stadium card comes into play. If another card with the same name is in play, you can’t play this card.
