Typhoon Haiyan is unofficially considered the greatest of recorded history. It has been assessed as a category-5 super typhoon and so far has lived up to its reputation, leaving a trail of destruction behind it in southeastern Asia. So far, the dead are estimated to be more than 10000 in the city of Tacloban, Phillipines alone. The typhoon has left the area in ruins, and the problems for the people there have just begun.
