I'm a fire-type specialist who has been playing for the past two years. I currently have a Turbo Volcanion and a Mega Charizard deck built (yes, my Charizard deck actually works really well).

I'm debating converting my Turbo Volcanion deck into a Ho-Oh/Salazzle deck. Doing so would allow me to get used to the deck before rotation kicks in. My current Volcanion decklist is as follows:

Should I convert this deck to a Ho-Oh/Salazzle deck? If so, what changes should I make?

Yes change it.

Make sure you have 4 Kiawe, 3 lele gx and 3-4 hooh gx
This will enable to you to get a kiawe on turn 1 (better if u start)
To a ho-oh making your opponent terrified as they stare at a 4 energy ho-oh on their first turn
Most ho-oh Salazle decks play just 1 turtonator but I think it’s an awesome secondary attacker and would definitely keep 2 in the deck.
Also play 3-4 Cynthia and try using 2-3 copies of Lille and seeing how that works out, LILLIE WILL PROBABLY BE THE 2ND DRAW SUPPORTER AFTER E ROTATION.
So it’s good to get used to it.
