Strategy:

Play down as many tools as possible and attack with trubbish's tool drop for massive damage.
 
You could probably drop bianca for a bicycle and a random receiver. Bianca isn't all that helpful for your deck, compared to juniper or N. Granted she can always let you have 6. I just think bicycle is better than Bianca since its more draw for one turn above the Juniper/Ns.

Maybe you only need 2 float stones, 3 maybe. Since you can freely move around and your opponent will most likely only have 2 tool scrappers, if they are plasma heavy. They will most likely go for the mirrors anyway. Meh on the rescue scarf. Idk if its worth it since it only gets the pokemon back. Super Rod is basically the same thing. Especially with you going through your deck so fast. With those 3 cards you could add up to 9 energy and 2 stadiums as counter stadiums. If not frozen city/virbank could destroy your deck. Maybe Sky arrow bridge incase of float stone loss.
 
8 energy's isn't enough. I mostly use way to much energy's, but you should have at least 10
