ok so i only just found out that. you cant play trainers on your first turn if you start. lol after 6 months i never knew.

Anyway is that ANY trainers at all?
can i use supporters, poketools, TMS, or stadiums?

Also vileplumes/spiritombs pokebody prevents usage of trainers, Is that just trainers, or everything?

Good rod, lets you get either a trainer or a pokemon from your discard pile
(by flip of a coin) is that Only a trainer or any?

I ask this because some cards specify supporters, stadiums, trainers.

Also poketools i can only have one attatched to a pokemon, but can i remove it if i want another one on instead?
Can i replace it by discarding the other one?

Also can i have a poketool and a tm attatched to a pokemon?
and do tms count as poketools when an attack does more damage if the pokemon has a tool on them?

thanks in advance

The starting player, on his/her first turn, may NOT play any Trainers (including TMs, tools and Fossils), Stadiums or Supporters.

Vileplume and Spiritomb specifically block trainers (including TMs, tools and Fossils), but do NOT block Supporters or Stadiums. When first introduced, Supporters and Stadiums still had the Trainer text on them; however, since then they've been segregated into their own categories separate from Trainers.

A Good Rod will allow to pull only trainers, assuming the flip result was Tails.

You cannot remove tools from a Pokémon any time you desire. Certain attacks (such as Mismagius SF's "Crash Chant") will allow you to discard tools and TMs.

A TM is not a tool. You may therefore have a TM (or multiple TMs) attached to a Pokémon in addition to a tool. This also means that attacks that use tools to calculate damage would not be affected by attached TMs.
