A new card in the TCG format, this card has some potential and might be a cool deck to run at a league, just for some fun.
(Can't get the picture,grr)
Grumpig HP 90
Stage 1:Evolves from Spoink
{P}+ Colorless
sychic Lock 20
Your opponent can't use any Poke-powers
on his or her Pokemon during his or her next
turn.
{P}{C} + Colorless:Bench Manipulation
Your opponent flips a coin for each of his or her
Benched Pokemon. This attack does 40 damage
times the number of tails. This attack isn't affected
by Weakness or Resistance.
Weakness:{P} x2 Resistance: None Retreat Cost:2
I know, don't get me started on how bad this reprint is. I did a terrible job and wished I could have been able to copy + paste on google.com.
Pros: Psychic Lock helps to lock the powers, like Fainting Spell or Bright Look. Bench Manipulation helps because some people like to play a lot of Benched Pokemon, and usually can't pick them up on the Bench. Heavy attack cost, yes, but BM is compatible w/ DCE after a {P} energy is attached.
Cons: Almost an auto-loss to Vilegar. Playing Azelf X might help, but you're bound to be playing quite a few T/S/S. Retreat is regular, Unown q could help.
Looking for discussion, good or bad on this card. And I'm very sorry if the reprint I made is not clear. Hopefully you can read(the reprint really isn't good).
