A new card in the TCG format, this card has some potential and might be a cool deck to run at a league, just for some fun.

(Can't get the picture,grr)

Grumpig HP 90
Stage 1:Evolves from Spoink

{P}+ Colorless:psychic Lock 20
Your opponent can't use any Poke-powers
on his or her Pokemon during his or her next
turn.

{P}{C} + Colorless:Bench Manipulation
Your opponent flips a coin for each of his or her
Benched Pokemon. This attack does 40 damage
times the number of tails. This attack isn't affected
by Weakness or Resistance.

Weakness:{P} x2 Resistance: None Retreat Cost:2

I know, don't get me started on how bad this reprint is. I did a terrible job and wished I could have been able to copy + paste on google.com. :(

Pros: Psychic Lock helps to lock the powers, like Fainting Spell or Bright Look. Bench Manipulation helps because some people like to play a lot of Benched Pokemon, and usually can't pick them up on the Bench. Heavy attack cost, yes, but BM is compatible w/ DCE after a {P} energy is attached.

Cons: Almost an auto-loss to Vilegar. Playing Azelf X might help, but you're bound to be playing quite a few T/S/S. Retreat is regular, Unown q could help.

Looking for discussion, good or bad on this card. And I'm very sorry if the reprint I made is not clear. Hopefully you can read(the reprint really isn't good).:D:D

This card is bad. Plox was good years ago because it had very good damage output while dealing the lock, and it had a built in engine. This has none of the above. The locking attack does next to nothing and the damaging attack is too unreliable. The lock is petty at best. You will be doing 40/turn at most... and that is kinda sad. This is an OHKO format (or snipe). 40/turn is VERY petty. By the time you get a lock to care about, your opponent will already have dropped an uxie and not need powers anymore. As far as damaging goes, it is fine, but go for something that is much more reliable.

You can abbreviate [P] for Psychic and [C] for Colorless. We all know what those symbols mean...

Psi Lock doesn't lock Fainting Spell, just like it can't be power sprayed. That's because it is during your opponents turn.
