Too Many Greninja BREAK Deck Mulliguns

Recently I made a budget Greninja BREAK deck from looking at others online. I found that there is nowhere near enough basics in the deck and mulligan'd WAY too much. I tried putting in a 2-2 Slowking BKP line and that worked slightly. I also put in a Miltank and that worked some more.

The mullying had stopped but the 2 Pokemon I had out were easily KO'd immediatly by things like Night March and quick-setup decks.

What other basics/counters can I include to stop getting all my Pokemon KO'd straight away?

With 3 froakies, 2 remoraid, 1 miltake, and 1 shaymin-ex(even though you said budget) should be enough. Putting too many 'non-attackers' as your basics can put your attackers at risk sitting on the bench while you are trying to retreat your non-attacker.
