Will the next format be dominated by just a few decks?

Hi!

Assume that the rotation after worlds midsummer will make our new format RR-on. Imagine that the sets alloud for legal play range from Rising Rivals to the new Black/White series. Which decks will become popular worldwide? Will we see a similar metagame, as to the one we have today, thoroughly dominated by one deck? Will LostGar actually make such an impact, as it has in Japan?

I write here in order to get a good review over the different ideas, between which I must decide, regarding my own upcoming deck. For now, these are all I've come up with:

- LostGar (Simply because of all the hype, and due to the fact that it's tearing up Japan's format at the moment...)

- Magnezone Prime (Paired with either Pachirisu CL or Feraligatr Prime HGSS, he becomes an incredible tank with built in draw-power, something that will be unique as of next season)

- Arceus (Interesting deck, that doesn't lose or gain a single card from the rotation)

- Charizard (Isn't much hurt by the rotation, and gets the addition of Emboar from BW. Also, Gyarados leaves...)

- Yanmega Prime (gets an incredible boost from that healing trainer (BW), Max Revive or something...)

So, do you disagree? Will any of these do terribly, and what other decks do you believe will take over the throne after Luxchomp, Gyarados and Vilegar? Please give me your own opinion below;)

It's too early this. We don't know what set we'll get in August, how BW will affect our meta, and we still aren't completely sure about the rotation.
