Really nice synergy here - quite like this card's potential! Also, there's a few wording errors that I'd like to point out. "Benched" and "Active" should be captilised, while "every" should be "all".

I think you want only one 'in between turns'. :p

Otherwise, this is mechanically very nice for a Basic that eventually becomes a Stage 2. Sadly you don't see that too often with the real sets; PCL seems to be a big fan of [C][C] Tackle: 20. :/ But you've made a very interesting unevolved Basic, so props for that. :D

Wording: "Knocked Out" and "Defending" should be captilised.

Interesting attack you have there! I can see how it has some synergy with Claw Dig too. I am a bit concerned about it's power though - being able to reduce the HP down low of any Pokemon without a drawback is pretty significant, and then able to poison it in the same go to effectively force a retreat...

This is going back a while but that Mega Pidgeot is really cool and dangerous. Maybe a bit too powerful with the potential for disruption, but the stipulation of the Ability (Less than 6 Energy in play etc) makes for a nice balance.

I also like the potential of a milling Sandslash deck, you could easily put bench-sitters like Garbodor or Vileplume to contribute towards its attack and disrupt as well.
