Where all other dragons fail...

Well, the last team I posted here, even though I found it good, was not replied to, an I forgive, but, I have recently developed a new team, of even greater proportions. This team uses mostly perfected sets, all working together, to make a pretty good stall team. I have decided to post this team here after getting something like three 6-0's with it, which I find to be a great accomplishment, but it is still getting destroyed. Anyways, here it is.

Hippowdon (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 56 Def / 200 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Roar
- Stealth Rock
- Slack Off
Ah... Hippowdon. I used this set in a team a while back, and it works like a charm. It seems that every battle it gets what it needs to done. Setting up SS, laying down the rocks, and shuffling around the pokes. When I get low on health, I use Slack Off, and if I run into a Heatran, Blaziken, or something else weak to EQ that could give my team trouble later on, I Earthquake it for a quick KO. Simple, but effective. Against Taunt leads, basically Azlef, Aerodactyl, and Ambipom, I switch into Forry, and KO with Gyro Ball.
Synergy:
Grass: Gengar, Heatran, Celebi, Forretress
Water: Celebi, Rotom-W
Ice: Heatran, Rotom-W, Forretress

Gengar (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 56 HP / 200 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Shadow Ball
- Pain Split
- Substitute
- Focus Blast
I honestly love this set. We all know it from the last generation, and we all know annoying it is. And with this generation, if I set up a sub, most people are lost, seeing that a lot of people are trying out new ideas. After I sub, I usually proceed to sweep, or I Pain Split things like Blissey, and wear it down with Focus Blast. The only thing that gives me problems is Scizor. The thing uses Bullet Punch and OHKOs me. Of course, I do have a Heatran.
Dark: Heatran, Forretress
Ghost: Heatran, Forretress
Physic: Heatran, Celebi, Forretress

Heatran (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 156 HP / 100 Def / 112 SAtk / 100 SDef / 40 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Torment
- Protect
- Substitute
- Lava Plume
If you have never battled this Heatran, you have never been annoyed. At first, the set looks like a complete waste of a Heatran, only one attacking move, TORMENT, which is one of the least competitive moves, and not very much investment in revenge killing or sweeping. But if my Heatran comes it, sets up Torment and a sub, the opponent is pretty much screwed. First, I set up Trmt, which keeps most dangerous moves at bay, then sub, protect, sub, protect, until I feel like hittin them or they switch. Lava Plume does decent damage, though I'm thinking of changing it to Magma Storm for a TrapTran set. This works really well with TS, because when they switch out, they get poisoned. If they don't, due to typing, Heatran can stall them out anyways.
Ground: Gengar, Celebi, Rotom-W
Fighting: Gengar, Celebi
Water: Celebi, Rotom-W

Celebi @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 52 HP / 200 Def / 56 SAtk / 200 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Leech Seed
- Energy Ball
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Thunder Wave
After Heatran, this set seems like a piece of cake yo take down, but that's what I want you to think. Tinkerbell here can stall Heatran's counters to death. Leech Seed and Thunder Wave are two moves that cause a lot of switches, which activate Spikes and Toxic Spikes from Forry. The attacking moves are pretty simple. Energy Ball is a STAB, and HP Fire has pretty good coverage with things like Scizor and Ferrothorn.
Bug: Gengar, Heatran, Forretress
Fire: Heatran, Rotom-W
Ice: Heatran, Rotom-W, Forretrss
Dark: Heatran, Forretress
Ghost: Heatran, Forretress
Flying: Heatran, Rotom-W

Rotom-W @ Choice Specs
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 52 HP / 200 Def / 56 SAtk / 200 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Trick
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Pain Split
What would Tormentran be without a Tricker? Well, still pretty awesome, just a little less awesome. This is probably the most simple set on my team. It depends on what I want to do. For a sweep, choose either TB or HP Ice to remove stuff like Gliscor and Gyarados, both my team hate, or support Heatran by tricking the specs over to the opponent, and switching to Heatran. Pain split is to restore health. I am knd of shaky on this set, and I'm considering canging it to RestTalk Rotom, or just change it to CroCune.
Grass: Gengar, Heatran, Celebi, Forretress

Forretress (M) @ Custap Berry
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 100 HP / 56 Atk / 100 Def / 252 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Spikes
- Toxic Spikes
- Rapid Spin
- Gyro Ball
Forretress is one of the absolutly neccesary pokemon on my team. Spikes and Toxic Spikes limit the amount of switches ther are, making my team function much better. It also spins, which allows my team to switch as much as they want, which is really nice. For the last move, I wanted a good move to hit things, so I picked Gyro Ball. No I kind of want Earthquake. Either way, Forry works well, covers my weaknesses, and rounds off my stallish nature.
Fire: Heatran, Rotom-W

Well, that's my team. I've worked a while on it, and it's good in my opinion. I just need the help of larger knowledge than myself to pick up where I can't go any further. I'll be posting a threat list soon so bye:)

I would put heal bell on celebi to support heatran (take out twave or leech seed). That, or give it recover.

Heal Bell for sure. At the VCG tournament last year I had so much trouble with my Heatran getting Paralyzed constantly...
