You know Pokemon Anime is going downhill. My dad bought me some of the Indigo Leauge (Season 1) Tapes of Pokemon, they are way better then Galactic Battles. Or even Battle Dimension, Diamond and Pearl, Advanced, ect. The last good Season was Master Quest. I liked it when Ash acted immature and I liked his old voice. I liked OLD BROCK and I liked the Humor, I liked when Misty was there...heck, there wasn't ONE thing I didn't like! I want Old Pokemon back...:(

Anyways, I agree that the old seasons were so much better. I have a lot of the Season 1 episodes on VHS, and I always feel like taking them out and watching them again. I stopped watching the anime during D&P becuase it got so stupid I couldn't bear to watch it.

Actually, I find the anime to be constantly improving. The plots are becoming better (Galactic-plot was absolutely incredible - especially the great finale), there are more interesting recurring characters (Conway, Barry, Nando etc) and...

...Meh, I've explained this hundreds of times already.
It's all opinions.
And in my opinion, the D/P-episodes are way better than any earlier episodes.
(The dubs are constantly getting worse, though. Which is why I watch 'em subbed.)

I just wish they could get back the old voices, but they can't get back the old meowth because she's dead...

I'm sorry. But, get your head out of the sand. I'm being blunt here; suck it up and move on. The anime was never any good, anyway, so why moan and complain about something that was never good from the beginning? Pokemon will always have the games and the trading cards to fall back on, so you don't need to worry about the sinking ship that is (or was) the Pokemon anime.

I agree with you somewhat. Though what can we do about the new episodes. I really did enjoy the old Pokemon episodes, but I also quite like the new ones as well (somewhat).
 
they did add more story and concept to the newer episode's, but nothing beat's johto (my personal fav story arc for pokemon). cya
 
I loved the first two seasons. Now I would only use it to tourture my enimies. How do you mess up Pokemon to that great of an extent?
 
I stopped watching the anime when the Johto league was on, it got really stupid around then. I think that the Advance series on have been fantastic though. I do miss Veronica Taylor's voice for Ash though.

I think Veronica still voices Ash, only in a different tone.

Had appeared a few times and seemed to have a thing for Dawn.....but he doesn't really do anything in the show thats worth a dime of our attention. Should've been a one-time appearance

i have been a fan of Pokemon since it came out and now i am turning 20 in a few weeks and i still love it the anime the game all of it. but ill get on with my point and it is that they don't exactly make Pokemon for us older people
they make for kids and as long as there are kids the will be Pokemon all Pokemon anime and everything so stop trying to ruin it for all the little people out there i get it that its ya'lls opinion but if you dont like it dont watch and dont ruin it for every one else
 
Am I the only one who thinks Conway is a rip-off of Uryu Ishida from Bleach?

If a Quincy can make it into Pokemon I suppose any Anime character that's not
originally in the Pokemon series can.
 
I dont know the old episodes were good but i like more the new ones man imagine the old graphic and the new one .There's a big diference
