Welcome to the Obligatory Gimmick SSBB Tournament!
It's Pokegyms 10th tournament, so we've had some pretty solid success so far. So what's so different with this one than most other tournaments? Well, the word Random is a small key here.
Each round, players will be given a team of 3 different characters to use in the round. The way to win their match is to beat their opponent with each character. Example: Chompy (Kirby, Luigi, Pikachu) vs. DarthPika (Wolf, Jigglypuff, Mario) is a match for the round. Chompy would have to defeat DarthPika with Kirby, Luigi, and Pikachu in order to advance to the next round. Assuming Chompy wins and advances to round two, his next match could be: Chompy (Zelda, Peach, King Dedede) vs. Vaporeon (Ganondorf, Bowser, Kirby). Chompy would have to win with his new team to advance into R3. Repeat. Oh, I did forget to mention that teams will be revealed publically? Yeah. They are. Forgot

•Excessive stalling (MK cape stall, sonic under stage stall etc) is grounds for a forfeit of the game. However, you can plank as long as you want.
•Ice Climbers infinite is NOT BANNED
•Bowser/kirby/ddd/wario/ganon suicide kills ALWAYS RESULTS IN A VICTORY FOR THE PERSON WHO INITIATED THE SUICIDE

If you want your name to be put on the Hall of Fame website, I suggest you register your account on the site called AllisBrawl. For those of you who don't know what AllisBrawl is. AllisBrawl is a website where you can enter online tournaments and if you place well, you will receive a ribbon for placing the Top 4, Gold, Silver, Bronze, and blue ribbon, and it will be placed under your account name on the AIB site. The more ribbons you win, the more people will think of you
After when the tournament is finished, the Bracket will be submitted to the website, along with the names and their records will be published of who won against who.
