Pokémon:
  • 3 Lileep
  • 3 Cradily
  • 4 Beautifly (Roaring Skies)
  • 2 Metagross (Magnetic Wrap)
  • 2 Delphox (Mystical Fire)
  • 2 Infernape (Plasma Storm)
  • 1 Jirachi EX
Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums:
  • 1 Life Dew
  • 3 Root Fossil
  • 2 Catlin
  • 2 Skyla
  • 4 Vs Seekers
  • 4 Hypnotoxic Laser
  • 2 Sacred Ash
  • 1 Battle Compressor
  • 2 Super Energy Retrieval
  • 2 Wally
  • 1 Training Center
  • 1 Forest Of Giant Plants
  • 2 N
  • 2 Ultra Ball
Energy:
  • 8 Grass Energy
  • 4 Double Colourless Energy
Strategy:

Get Cradily up as soon as possible using the compressor to get rid of Lileep or use Catlin to put it at the bottom. Skyla can search for the root fossil or forest of giant plants to get Lileep up and evolving. Jirachi is for the freedom to access trainers. The subs are the only form of basic beside from Jirachi. Once Cradily is out, use lifesposion to grab a Beautifly or a Metagross. The Beautifly ignores all Ex Pokemon and the Metagross allows easy Cradily pivot and controls what the opponent has out front. It can also buy time by forcing out an unprepared pokemon with 0 energies allowing you to add yours, and if you do'nt like the pokemon they sent up, you can use Beautifly to make them switch it again. The Delphox is for extra cards. The N and catlin can be used to put the stage 2 back into the deck or the compressor and energy retrieval can put them in the discard until an ash is used to ensure they are not drawn. Infernape is a very technical choice with its torment move, which can shut down Seismitoad, Mega Pokemon, and other Pokemon that attack with one attack. Its main use is as an anti night march as Infernape can stop the night march pokemon from attacking and do a good 30 damage which is a 1-2 hit ko. The lasers are for disruption and so Beautifly can do 180 in 2 turns, which is fatal to most ex Pokemon.

Edit- Need a basic Pokemon of some sort, im thinking Virizion EX, Bunnelby (Omega Barrage)or Suicune/Syglith (Ex immune)

There are no basics in this decklist. I don't see the jirachi you mentioned and robo substitute doesn't count as a basic until you play the item card's effect.

Yeah, you definitely need some other Basic, because at the moment, you will always start with Jirachi EX after giving your opponent a couple of mulligans, meaning you will never get the chance to use Stellar Guidance. In fact, you might not even want to play Jirachi at all since you won't be playing too many Basics, meaning a higher chance of starting with it. A lot the list I saw ran Virizion EX; I think one or two had Suicune / Sigilyph, but I'm not sure how relevant that would be these days.

im thinkng remove Jirachi, add Virizion Ex and add 2 Seismtoad ex. I chose Suicune and sigilyph as simple ex walls while I prep cradily.
