The strong team of Centurions were almost unanimous with their vote as they peered down at the unconscious body of Blui. "It seems kinda mean to wake him up only to eliminate him," Jeremy1026 told the rest of his team, "how about we just plunge him into the water and let him die in his sleep?"
Celever overheard the conversation and informed the team that Blui was on the verge of modkill anyway, the penalty of which is death. The team, escorted by Celever and the other officials at Nintendo, slid the sofa Blui was sleeping on carefully into the ocean of PokéBeach Island outside so as to not wake him. "That was kinda harsh, in thinking about it," said Mr.Muffin, another of the Centurions' more active players, "but I guess we can't undo it now." Ice Espeon woke up just in time to see the murder, and was thankful that it wasn't him resting his head on the seabed for good.
As everyone headed back inside, Centurions, bbninjas right beside them, emerged from their room. "Alright," King Xerneas announced, "because we were doing so badly, we got the opportunity to create a challenge of our own! Have fun, I know that we will!"
"There were some restrictions, though," bbninjas noted, "which I made sure were met. Their challenge had to be balanced, Celever and myself reserving the right to edit it in some way to make it more balanced if we saw the need. There were a couple of other changes here and there, but primarily it had to be based on their franchise, and even though this doesn't tie in too much, we just gave you a well-known YPPY forum game, gave it a skin of Donkey Konga and called it an "original" challenge. At least none of our Animal Crossing challenges were stolen from anywhe... uhhhh..... carrying on!"
THE CHALLENGE 5
- More creativity! Yay! And a Create a Character! Yay! Your team's task is to create an alternative ego character to an already existing character in your franchise (e.g. Wario is Mario's "alternative ego", Dark Pit is Pit's "alternative ego")
- The character your team bases their alternative ego on must not already have an official alternative ego
- Along with a character design, your team must design a short backstory and biography for your created character, and how it came to be in your franchise. Just something short and simple, like how Dark Pit emerged from the Mirror of Truth in the Pandora fight.
- Your team will be required to provide a visual sample of their created character
- Your team's entry will be judged upon the creativity of the design, biography, how well this character fits into your team's respective franchise, and if this character would be a feasible possibility in your team's respective franchise
- Your score will be relative to the other teams, and out of 5. This means that no two people will receive the same score, and the only way to get a perfect score is to be better than everyone else's.
- Teams may have others help them with some of the requirements. However, teams must credit them for any work they do.
- Each team has one week, or the 8th of April Midnight GMT, to submit their character. Submissions should be sent to Celever and bbninjas via PM, like always.
