Strategy:

I'm not sure where to go with this deck, looking for ideas to solidify it.

*Strategy is pretty much the same as any plasma variant built around kyurem, chose to add in the new evee from fists over deoxys for utility and an answer to pyroar. Not sure what to say here, kyurem uses switch then glaceons ability allows whatever was promoted to free retreat out to the kyurem for consecutive blizzard burns?.*

if u run glaceon switch is indeed, add another thundurus and for own experience 3 kyurem is enough and 3 thundurus to star with it and another ultra ball
