Workings of the group:
Discussion:
Every week I will post up a new UU or NU pokemon that I think is just overlooked, and I will create an overview, from which members can discuss possibilities for sets and rolls that this pokemon might be able to play in the metagame.
Testing:
Every week, a pair of members will be asked to test the pokemon against common pokemon in the UU and OU metagame. These two members will decide which one will have the tested pokemon and which has the common team, and then they have a battle on Shoddy Battle to record whether the pokemon can out-speed a common lead, take damage from it, and OHKO it. They will then send the info to me and I will post it on the forum.
Tournaments:
At the end of every month, the members will be asked to assemble a UU team, and they will be organized into a tournament, which will be pre-organized by me. Whoever wins the tournament will have the chance to battle a OU team, and if they win, they will be promoted to a master battler (see section below).
Rankings:
There are five different rankings within the group, which are listed below.
Newbie- the new guys who have just entered and can be promoted easily.
Good Boy/Girl- a member who has followed all of the rules for a month.
Old-Timer- a member who has been in the group for a long time.

-No posting that the pokemon that we are discussing is out-classed, we know that's why it's under-used
-If you are asked to do testing, you must test by the end of the week we are discussing on that pokemon. If I see you on Shoddy and you have not tested by the end of the week, you're out of here
-I ask that members post at least once a week, and if you don't for three weeks, you're out
-If you break any of the forum or group rules, you're automatically out.
-I have a three strikes theory for my own rules, so if you break any three times, you're out
