Basically you pack your bench full of Deoxys for the extra damage whilst spreading damage with Thunderus, who puts your energies on to your benched pokemon which you discard with Junpier or Ultra Balls. Once you've got a bit of damage spread you can then start hitting for KOs with Lugia and Kyurem.

This... Actually looks like a pretty darn solid list. What do you hope to accomplish with it? Have you noticed any shortcomings from things like Energy, Supporters, consistency etc.? Other than that, I don't think I see much you can do with it, other than adding in Silver Bangle by removing the Lugia and DCE or something. Like I said, it's a pretty solid list and I don't think there is much else you can refine this to without losing a bit of consistency.

Actually, have you thought about running two Bicycle in exchange for two Bianca and swap the other Bianca for a Skyla or Colress? If you want to get up the Deoxys as fast as possible -- and you do -- I might recommend Bicycle so you can keep drawing into them and other things, and the extra Colress because you seem to want to bench as many Deoxys as possible, meaning you can usually grab quite a few cards off him.

Would it not be a good idea to keep the Lugia? Just because of his ability and his high attack damage. But if he really is a waste of space I will take him out. Only problem as you said is getting the Deoxys on the bench.
