Hi everyone, I am new here!
So, I bought some pokemon cards awhile ago and finally dug em out of my storage room. I came across this Pikachu card that had this symbol on the bottom right corner, and never seen this in any of my other pokemon cards. I tried to search online and can't find an answer. Do any of you guys know? and can is it still valid to submit to PSA?
