So i decided to make a T-Tar tank here it is.

.:15:.
2-1-2 T-Tar Prime
2-2 Honchkrow UD Vengence
2-2 Umbreon Prime
1-1 Honchkrow UD Blindside

.:30:.
4 EB
4 PP
4 Rare Candy
4 Defender
4 Communication
2 Collecters
1 BTS
1 PONT
2 Warp Point
1 Burned Tower
3 Judge

.:15:.
4 Sp.{D}
7{D}
2 Call
2 Warp

Strategy:
get out T-Tar and load Sp.{D} and a single EB and PP along with Defender to buff up defence and survival time and hit hard!!! Blindside Honchkrow to hit for 50 after T-Tar uses his spread attack.

Take out the Umbreon since there's only 2 Eveelutions and bulk up Tyranitar to 3-3-2 or even 4-3-3. You need some Uxies for lots of drawower. 4 Rare Candy seems high, unless you're going for a T1 Tyrant. Burned Tower can be taken out, as this isn't an energy-wasting deck. Add more BTS and PONT, and take out Judge. This isn't a disruption deck, right? Energy Exchanger can get Sp. Darks. And Vengance Honcho is only really effective late game, so maybe go for 2 Blinside and 1 Vengance? Sableye or Spiritomb could also help for a faster start. Spiritomb would probably better since it also slow down your opponent. Hope this helps!
