Ruling T-Tar Prime question

I was wondering;

Lets say I have Tyrannitar Prime active and Darkrai/Cresselia Legend on my bench.
Now I attack with Darkness Howl. (does 20 damage to all pokemon in play EXCEPT dark types)

Because Darkrai/Cresselia is both Dark and Psychic, what happens?

Being a psychic type means it would be damaged as well, but being a dark type too, means it shouldnt.

So would it be damaged or not?
