i have all my decks (all 10) set up so that they use the same T/S/S. thus i just have to have pokemon that work together instead of thinking what pokemon work together and then they dont agree with my Supporters or trainers. so i have 20 T/S/S all together thus my decks that i make have to contain 40 cards and then the T/S/S make it 60 cards. i want to know if i can improve my T/S/S though. they are

Pokemon Communication
Marley's Request
Rival
Professor Elms Training Method x2
Team Galactic Mars
Professor Oak's Visit
Emcee's Chatter
Flower Shop Lady
Bill
Bebe x2
Twins
Cheerleader's Cheer
BTS
Poke Radar
Pokemon Collector
Judge
Team Rocket's Trickery

Should i change some of them. i really like having these for all my decks instead of having certain T/S/S for all my decks. if they do need a certain one (like IQ in my grass deck for shaymin x) i will leave a space for it when i make the deck.

Well... I don't like saying this, but it's not a great idea to have the same exact T/S/S line for all decks. Different decks just need different lines.
To start off, it's usually best to run at least 2 of everything except Luxury Ball (although there are exceptions). That should be taken into consideration. Apart from that, it depends on the deck. If i's a deck with lots of evos, you may need 3 BTS. If not, you could take them all out. Twins is good for slower decks, etc. etc.
I'd say change it for each deck to make it good for that specific deck and so you don't have to have the same number of energy+pokémon for each deck. Most decks need more than 20 T/S/S anyways.

i tried to keep it so that it will work in every deck and as i said if a deck needs a specific card then i will just put it in there in place of a pokemon or energy. professor elms work in every deck because every deck has evo's. most of my supporters are for drawing so that i can set up quick. it works great for the most part except for when all the things i need at the time are in my prizes. twins if for beginning or very late. if i have it in my hand at the begining then i will let a basic get knocked out then just use it to get 1st or 2nd stages of my next basic. i keep trying to do 2 of everything and take out a bunch but it just always falls flat because i lose drawing power or the ability to get certain pokemon out of my deck.

IT isn't that simple...
Check out the deck lists in 'tournament deck garage' for a sample of a good trainer line.

Rival is illegal in decks. First off, yes you do need different T/S/S in deck, if you didn't then your opponents might predict your moves and steal your supporters with Smeargle or other milling decks. Secondly, some of the cards like Leafeon need cards for energy and other eeveelutions in order to help it use attacks and not die efficently. Thirdly, don't use more than 14 or so energy in a deck because it wastes space for less things that will help your other pokemon. Lastly, Bill should not be used. It was better as a trainer and Bebe's should be 3 rather than 2.

dang another one i have to change. i will just put in bebe.....wait what. anyone that i verse league or not wont know my deck so how would they know what T/S/S im using? aaaaaaand i use a supporter each turn and if they have smeargle then i would use the one that they would need the most (if they only have 2 basics and i have collector in my hand then its obvious what to use) and finally most games rely on chance, chance that what you need isnt in your prizes and that you can set up quick. soooo any match is unpredictable....mostly
