Suspects in Black and White

In this thread please post which pokemon you think should be banned to competetively balance the metagame. Please only talk about standard play. Saying "omfg 147 atk wth" is not good enough. Explain how you think this pokemon will dominate eg; sweep or stall, special or physical. Try and avoid purely using Base Stats as a reason. You can use dominating over other Black and White pokemon as a reason for unbalance.

[Elk-Dimension]

Well, we don't know til we test, but as many have said, Chandelier with Shadow Tag, Sub, and CM is immensely powerful. Base 80 Speed is pretty good, and that 145 Sp. ATK is just monstrous. Stall, it seems, is severly weakened. There are a few cool new walls in B/W, but not enough to keep up with minimum 135 Attacking stat monsters. Entry hazards also seem to be being downplayed, which is another thing Stall uses to it's adavntage. Of course, this is all just theorymon. IMHO, we don't even need a suspect thread yet.
