Lay Low is worded poorly. Change it to:

"If the Defending Pokémon tries to attack Magikarp ex during your opponent's next turn, flip a coin. If heads, Magikarp ex gets +140 HP until the end of your next turn."

Explosive Growth is missing "Shuffle your deck afterward." after the search phrase. Other than that, looks good.
