Like the title says, this thread is to suggest and discuss new gender differences for already known Pokémon and even those that already have them and in a way, to improve their designs with these.
Don't forget to give your reason(s) to suggest them.
I think some gender differences would be welcome in certain Pokémon that don't look neither male nor female, in somes cases are too much male or female and seems akward to have a Pokémon of the opposite gender.
My suggestion will be solely for the last stages and I'm assuming that in most species, the males fight for the females and so the need for bigger and/or more appealing elements.

Venusaur: different petal pattern, just like what happens with Vileplume and a bigger flower for m.;
Charizard: bigger horns for m.;
Blastoise: bigger cannons for m.;
Arcanine: more fur around the head for m.;
Lapras: bigger head horn for m.;
Meganium: different flower pattern for m. and perhaps pink (same colour as the flower) antenae for f.;
Typhlosion: bigger teeth for m.;
Feraligtor: redder fins for m.;
Noctowl: some kind of beard for m., the same color as the eyebrows;
Lanturn: bigger foward light for m.;
Ampharos: more black rings around the neck of f.;
Sceptile: bigger head protusions and arm blades for m.;
Mightyena: less black paws for f.;
Gardevoir: longer hair for f.;
Slaking: no chest hair for f.;
Milotic: lighter tai colours for f.;
Tropius: shorter "cap" for f.;
Torterra: bigger neck spikes;
Infernape: more white fur for m.;
Empoleon: bigger crown for f.;
Honchkrow: less white fur and bigger red tail for f.;
Drapion: bigger head horns for m.;
Carnivine: more tentacles for f.;
Emboar: no fire beard but fire hair dor f.;
Samurott: no white moustache and beard for f.;
Maractus: bigger flowers for f.;
Sawsbuck: bigger horns for m.;
Chesnaught: no white fur for f.;
Greninja: pinkier tongue for f.;
Delphox: turn white the yellow section stuck between the already white portions in order to look like a beard for m.; turn yellow the existing white parts (except that point fur in the head and right below the ear fur while letting yellow the section between the original white) for f.. Delphox is to akward and I think there need to be male and female differences.
