Pokemon Strongest special pokemon?

Hello everyone. I have a question for all you pokemon experts out there. What is the strongest special pokemon? (when I say special pokemon, I mean special event or any other abnormal pokemon.) Personaly, I think it would either be the purified shadow lugia (Psyco Boost, Feather dance, Earthquake, Hydro pump) or the darkrai from the movie in japan (Spacial Rend, Roar of time). Just wondering.
