the starety is to basiclly to get steup ( nedd help with energy speed ) as quick as possible and then dont let them get an attack in. Beartic is a reshi counter. Manphy can hopefully be drawed into energys.

With Cobalion as a main attacker, I recommend using Electrode for energy acceleration. Though it gives an opponent a first prize, you will be able to set-up much quicker, and then afterwards have Twins for support because you are down on prizes. The cons of Electrode are

Another option which I don't recommend using, but still works is Skarmory. The reason Electrode tends to be better is because it gives Twins access, and doesn't require attaching energy to a Pokémon that isn't Cobalion/Beartic.Though you know what you are getting with Skarmory, Electrode also most often attaches 2-3 more energy than Skarmory.

Also, I wouldn't use so many Manaphy, because your T/S/S line is consistent enough to need only one (that's a good thing).

Energy Search won't be needed anymore either because now there will be energy acceleration, and no need to search out energy.
