Psychic Screeh-Extremely Reduces the opponents defense
Hyper Slap-75-May cuase the Foe to Flinch
Balance-Raises the accuracy sharply
Triple Slap-70 per hit-Lowers the users accuracy sharply. Attack is lowered.

Max HP -- 374

Dragon Bite- POW 100 ACC 90 PP 10
Fly
Heat Strike- POW 120 ACC 100 PP 5 FIRE User takes half the damage inflicted.
