Spring 2015 Regionals Playmats, Nationals Blaziken Promo

It feels like the Pokemon Company is specifically giving this as the Stitched Promo because deep down they think "come on, guys. If we give out this really strong Stage 2, maybe people will start playing it despite the autoloss it has to Seismitoad-EX, the monstrocity we have yet to kill off."
 
I kind of wish the art on the cards were the same as the art on the packages/play mats because man I love it!

Weell, to be fair, they did give Torchic during Cities and a really wrong loking Combusken for States. They may as well finish the chain. Let's be honest. How often are Tournament promos outside of Tropical Beach and, to an extent, Champion's Festival (yeah right) are actually used in decks?

Yeah this is getting old.
We might as well give Ditto a move that is called Transform Ball, does 20 times the number of Pokemon that are mediocre Mewtwo.
It does over 200 damage every time.
