Scenario:
BTS out, Super Scoop Up used successfully to pick up Kingdra Prime which already used Splash Spray this turn. Can I play the Kingdra Prime line again and use Splash Spray an additional time?
 
Yes. The POWER does not state that you can only use one "Spray Splash" per turn (see Gardevoir SWs Telepass POWER as an example of one that does); therefore, if Kingdra is SSU'd and replayed via Rare Candy/BTS, or if you have multiple Kingdra Prime in play, you can use Spray Splash more than once.
