if Mew Prime becomes paralyzed or asleep can it still use the pokemon in the LZ's attacks?

i would think so since you are just using a body and not an attack

Mew Prime's body allows Mew to use the attacks of Pokemon in the lost zone as it's own. Therefore, being a sleep or paralyzed means you cannot attack. However, I could be wrong. -Grizzly

You aren't wrong Grizzly. Per the wording on Mew, "Mew can USE the attacks..." Mew is using the attack, therefore attacking.

Yep.
By definition, a sleeping or paralyzed Pokemon cannot attack. The only exception is when the card specifically says you may do so. (Look at the common Snorlax in Rising Rivals for an example.)
So if a Mew is sleeping or paralyzed, it can't attack anyway.
