Is there a card (preferably basic pokemon) that has a similar power or attack to this smeargle's secret wonder color pick attack ??

Color Pick (no energy required)
Search your deck for up to 3 basic Energy cards, show them to your opponent, and put them into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward.

All I can think of right now is Shiny Vulpix; it gets you two fire energies from your deck for free.

The closest card to Smeargle SW is Bronzong SF, its pokepower is kinda like Color Pick.

yeah bronzong could work... vulpix doesnt since im trying to make it work for a feraligatr blissey prime deck with unown return. So i need energies fast to abuse rain dance and smeargle was perfect for that but hes not legal anymore
