Help Sm30 Promo Tapu Koko

So I just bought a tapu koko box as I'm collecting all the sm promos and I realised the promo had the Holo effect and dots the whole way through. Went through my binder and none of the others were. Is this normal for this card?

Cards can sometimes have this effect. Essentially the holofoil paper shows through the ink that was printed onto it. I own many cards like this and it's not really considered a misprint.

This also happened to me, it's actually quite common, though. The only other instance it has happened, though, was with my prerelease Oranguru. I really like the way it looks with the holo pattern all the way down and kinda wish it looked like that for all promos
