Recently SM211-SM213 was revealed. It was hinted that Charizard, Gyarados n Raichu GX from the Family set would be released as tin promo. Then those 3 got revealed in the Hidden Fate set. Now to my surprise they actually made secondary art for those 3 and put them as promo.
In my opinion they could have just pulled this 3 from the set and put something else in the set rather then duplicating them.
