Hey there, I looking to either replace some pokemon or fix their movesets/evs up.

Donphan @Icicle Plate
Ability:Sturdy
Level: 100
EVS: 252 HP/252 Def
Impish nature
-Rapid Spin
-Earthquake
-Stealth Rock
-Ice Shard
Donphan job is to be a physical tank. He is to come in and set up stealth rocks if needed too. He is also good for rapid spin incase i need it. He has his sturdy ability which helps get a move off during that turn.

Rotom-W @ Chesto berry
Ability: Levitate
Level: 100
EVs: 212 HP/ 96 Sp.A/ 200 Sp.Def
Calm Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Rest
Rotom-W is my Special Defense Tank. He can burn and cripple attackers and help him take more hits. Thunderbolt and Hydro pump are his main stab moves and help take care of certain types. Rest helps rotom-w heal off the damage that has been put on him and cures of any status he has. His ability levitate helps counter ground types or pokemon who use ground moves.

Talonflame @ Life orb
Ability: Gale Wings
Level: 100
EVs: 252 Attack/252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- Steel Wing
- U-turn
Talonflame is my go to guy when i need someone to finish the job. His priority brave bird with life orb and adamant nature finishes the job on alot of pokemon. He has flae blitz to counter steel and grass types as well. Steel wing is just a filter move right now and counter fairies and rock types. U-turn is there to hit dark types hard, get damage off, and to get him off the field

Conkeldurr @ Assault Vest
Ability: Guts
Level: 100
EVs: 128 HP / 252 Attack/ 128 Def
Adamant Nature
- Knock Off
- Ice Punch
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
Conkeldurr is a mix HP/Attack/Defense pokemon. Knock off helps him take care of pokemon with items like leftovers and hit psychics and thanks to it get a boost to 65 power, it can hit hard. Ice punch helps against pokemon who are x4 weak to ice, grass types, and flying types. Drain punch is his main stab move and helps heal him from the damage he has taken. Mach punch is a great stab move with priority and ends off those pokemon with sturdy, focus slash or a couple of hp left.
Latios @ Life orb
Ability: Levitate
Level: 100
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Draco Meter
- Psychic(thinking about Psyshock
- Surf
- Hidden Power Fire
Latios is my quick special attacker. He can hit anything really hard with a stab draco meter plus life orb. Psychic or psyshock is great for taking out pokemon like blissey or anything so bulky with special defense. surf helps hit heatran and fire types, rock, and ground. Hp fire helps his pokemon like mawile, steel types, scizor.

Tyranitar @ Tyranitarite
Ability: Sand Stream
Level: 100
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Crunch
- Earthquake(thinking about stone edge too but dont know what to replace)
- Fire Punch
Tyranitar is my mega and best physical attacker. I run dragon dance on him so i can easily boost his attack and speed and be able to outspeed pokemon with over a base speed of 100. Thanks to his amazing defense and special defense which gets a boost from the sandstorm with HP evs give him the ability to take hits for days. Crunch is his main stab, and is here to take care of Genger, Alakazam, Espeon and other pokemons. Earthquake is there to hit Heatran, Mawile, Steel types, Fire types, and i would run stone edge, but i dont like missing alot with it and havent seen a lot of positives to using it. Both are great, but idk if i should run both and get rid of fire punch. Fire punch is great for taking care of pokemon like scizor who wall tyranitar, mawile is another guy but earthquake takes care of him much better and does more damage.

-I'm looking to replace Talmonflame with a special fire attacker.
-I'm looking to perhaps replace donphan with a good pokemon, but my has Rapid spin, and stealth rocks to set up with.
-For Conkeldurr should i run just max hp or max defense cause i run half evs for hp and defense and has saved me in the past, but its not that used alot by people.
-For latios, should i keep Psychic or use Psyshock
-For Mega Tyranitar I'm gonna keep dragon dance and crunch. I love to have earthquake and stone edge as moves, but i have fire punch and that does help with scizor and other pokes.
Thanks for your time and help :)

RE: (OU) Singles Competitive Team

Donphan could be replaced by Excadrill which can use both SR and RS and makes a good use of Tyranitar's ability with his ability.
I wouldn't replace Talonflame. but I would consider using Choice Band set for more power that gives Talonflame the ability to perform as a solid revenge killer. In general Talonflame is one of the best partners you can find for Tyranitar as its covers for him a lot of checks and counters.
Latios needs Psyshock more then Psychic IMO in order to be effective against some special walls.
If you want STAB Stone Edge you can take out Crunch. Earthquake is a must and also Fire/Ice punch IMO.

Consider that one of the best Pokemon to destroy the majority of your team is Azumarill.
Azumarill can use Play Rough to demolish Tyranitar Latios and Conkeldurr
Against Donphan it can find an easy chance to use Belly Drum and clear him away with Aqua Jet after taking easily any of its moves.
Talonflame and Rotom-W are too obvious ways to check it so even if you bring one of them Azumarill will probably switch out and will wait for a better match up.
That is why I recommend putting Thunderbolt on Latios instead of HP fire.
latios is guaranteed to 2HKO Azumarill with Life Orb even if Azumarill has max special defense
Plus- keep Rotom-W and Talonflame in the team

Donphan is outclassed as a physical wall by Landorus-T and Gliscor and as scattered mind said, it's also outclassed as a spinner by Excadrill. I would recommend replacing Donphan with Excadrill and Conkeldurr with Landorus-T because Conkeldurr is the most replaceable member of your team and you could use a good physical wall. Landorus-T can also use Stealth Rock and would open up a moveslot on Excadrill.
Rotom-W @ Chesto berry

You should run an EV spread of 248 HP / 216 Def / 44 Spe instead. Most of what Washtom is used against are physical attackers, such as Azumarill who can do tons of damage after a Belly Drum. I generally like to keep the Calm nature with this EV spread because it will allow you to wall Aegislash betterAlso you really don't need to specify level 100 as that is a given.
Talonflame @ Life orb
Ability: Gale Wings
Level: 100
EVs: 252 Attack/252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- Steel Wing
- U-turn

You may want to replace Steel Wing with Roost and Life Orb with Sharp Beak. You have LO recoil in addition to Flare Blitz, BB, and sand damage and these will take care of that. Steel Wing really isn't necessary because you not only already resist Fairy moves, but the only Rock type in OU will still survive it and KO you right back because a non-STAB 70 base power move from a Pokemon with 81 base attack just isn't that strong, plus T-tar's pretty bulky anyway. I recommend a Sharp Beak because you can bluff having a Choice Band plus it boosts the move you will be using most often without being locked into only using one move or suffering from even more recoil.
Conkeldurr @ Assault Vest
Ability: Guts
Level: 100
EVs: 128 HP / 252 Attack/ 128 Def
Adamant Nature
- Knock Off
- Ice Punch
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch

You generally shouldn't just split EV's between two stats. The best way to go is to max stats out unless you need to KO/outspeed a specific Pokemon or avoid a KO from a check. This is why I would recommend using 252 Atk / 236 Spd / 20 Spe to maximize your special bulk and outspeed Hippowdon. However, I mentioned earlier that you would be better off with a physical wall and Conkeldurr is the most replaceable member of your team, so you may want to run Landorus-T instead.
Latios @ Life orb
Ability: Levitate
Level: 100
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd

Hp fire helps his pokemon like mawile, steel types, scizor.
This looks fine, but I generally find Latias more useful. She has more bulk, which allows her to switch in easier, while still hitting hard. She also has Healing Wish which is a great support move and means you could benefit from being Pursuit-trapped as opposed to just losing a Pokemon. I would recommend running pretty much the same set you have right now, but replacing Psychic with Psyshock, Surf with Tbolt, and HP Fire with Healing Wish. Surf is really only useful against Heatran who will stall wall you and Scizor will still do a ton of damage with Bullet Punch so HP Fire isn't that great, not to mention it lowers three stats by a point because of your IV's. Thunderbolt is for Mega Charizard Y and Azumarill.
Tyranitar @ Tyranitarite
Ability: Sand Stream
Level: 100
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Spd

Definitely use Stone Edge over Crunch. The Pokemon you listed that you have Crunch for are all easily killed by other moves and Stone Edge does tons of damage. The accuracy could be better, but at least it's not Focus Blast. You should also replace Fire Punch with Ice Punch. Scizor still does tons of damage with Bullet Punch and Stone Edge hits it hard enough while Ice Punch lets you hit Landorus-T, Gliscor, and Garchomp harder.
