What shiny Silvally nature is everyone soft resetting for? What would are the best types for Silvally when considering today's meta-game?

The best Silvally in my opinion is a Choice Band Explosion set with Adamant, as follows:

4 HP/ 252 Atk/ 252 Spe
Ability: RKS System
Adamant Nature

• Explosion
• Fire Fang
• Crunch
• Iron Head

This thing switches in and goes boom. Other guy dies.
The other moves are coverage for Normal's resistors.
